Recruitment & Retention

As the driver and mechanic talent pool becomes more competitive, the Association has developed partnerships with other industries in trucking and manufacturing to provide resources and best practices in the recruitment and retention of drivers and mechanics. Additionally, the Education Department has formed a committee consisting of human resource talent acquisition directors that provide guidance and resources for successful recruitment and retention of drivers and mechanics. If you are interested in participating on this committee, please contact Megan Passinger, Director – Education, at mpassinger@wasterecycling.org.
